Demand Shop was founded by Daniel Almeida and Ada Tsang, two former in-house marketers with over 20 years of combined experience.

We've worked across global B2B, B2C, and enterprise organizations building programs, aligning marketing and sales, and driving measurable growth.

That experience shapes how we work today: close to the business, deeply aligned with sales, and focused on outcomes. We work with a small number of teams, providing hands-on, senior-level support from start to finish.

Ada Tsang

Founder, marketing strategist

Ada's 12 years of experience combines a rare blend of early entrepreneurial drive and extensive B2B tech experience. She's built demand gen from the ground up for startups, and scaled growth for mid-market and enterprise companies. Her work has contributed to 3 exits.
